Kansas Wesleyan is proud to host the statewide Kansas Press Association Spelling Bee this year in Mabee Arena on campus. Each Kansas county may send their respective county bee winner, up to eighth grade, to this state event. The winner of the state spelling bee will be eligible to compete in the Scripps National Spelling Bee in Washington, D.C. The practice round will start at 9 a.m., with the official contest beginning at 10 and continuing until a winner is declared.
